Carl E. Eder, dipl. Phys. ETH, founded “Eder & Cie.” in 1959. In 1985 the firm became the patent attorney practice “Patentanwaltsbüro Eder AG”, and on 1st January 2005 Carl E. Eder entered into partnership with André Braun and the two law firms merged to become “Braunpat Braun Eder AG”. Carl Eder is a member of the Board of Directors and undertakes individual assignments in a senior capacity. On account of his profound knowledge and wisdom gained over several years, he plays a supportive role in the BRAUNPAT team by giving valuable advice on all aspects of industrial property. He is a qualified European Patent Attorney and a member of several professional associations including EPI, VSP, FICPI, VESPA, AIPPI and INGRES.
